We had a wonderful stay!! The place was beautiful (looked exactly like the pictures!) and the location was perfect! We loved the close proximity to the beach, the complimentary chairs and umbrella for the beach, the heated pool and hot tub, free parking and how pet friendly it was! Our host was very friendly, responsive, accommodating and had great recommendations! Thank you so much, we hope to be back! 😊

Location is within walking distance to restaurants, nice to have a pet friendly condo available. We enjoyed the balcony it sits back so it had a private feel. The ac was amazing especially after a day in the sun the entire unit was very comfortable Loved the seahorse statue!

We had a great stay at his condo. The unit was clean and came with everything you need. The ocean view was amazing. We were worried the road would take away from the view, but it really didn’t. The beach is easily accessible and just a few steps from the condo. Lots of places to rinse off the sand and then jump into the refreshing pool. Very dog friendly atmosphere. We had no issues but as a heads up, the beach access is not handicap accessible. We saw a young man in a wheelchair whose family was having trouble getting him to the beach. (VRBO Review)

We loved the condo! It was decorated very tastefully and the views from the balcony are well worth it. One big difference from other condos: trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and everything you need to make it a perfect stay. Beachcondosindestin the property management was very helpful and even delivered a new table for the balcony! Hopefully, we can stay there again next year. Highly recommend it.

The property was easy to find with plenty of parking. It was very dog and family friendly. The view from the condo was fantastic; directly across from the gulf and above the swimming pool. The condo is on the third floor near the elevator but very little outside noise can be heard in the condo. The street in between the condo and beach area offers a great running, walking and biking area. We were also pleased to find several local dog parks close by. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!

We had a fantastic stay at Maravilla 2308 and would definitely return. The check-process was very efficient and appreciated after a long drive. The view and location were even better than expected. The beach was only a steps away. I was initially concerned with crossing the street and that was absolutely no issue with a crosswalk in close proximity. The condo was clean, beautiful and well equipped and the full size washer and dryer was a huge plus. It was such a bonus to be able to bring our fur baby and made our trip perfect. Since the beach in front of the condo is private, it was never overly crowded which I have experienced at other locations in the area. Being in walking distance of Pompano Joes was also a huge plus (just make sure you send someone to check-in prior to your target meal time). Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return.
