Meet & Contact Renee Clayton

Hi, I’m happy you are here visiting our site. We are Renee and Laura Clayton with Beach Condos in Destin. We began in 2005 by managing our condos at Majestic Sun, Maravilla, and Beach Retreat. We decided to leave our original careers and manage properties full-time. Over time, others have come to us by word of mouth so that we can also manage their vacation rentals. We do not actively solicit units to manage, but over the past 20 years, we have grown to a portfolio of 85 condo rentals in Miramar Beach and Destin and 2 Destin house rentals.

Part of what sets us apart is our ability to look at and treat each property the way we would our own. That said, we only manage where we believe in the property and where we can personally have a hands-on approach. Renee has remodeled so many of the properties in our collection, and it makes a difference to our guests and owners. You want a nice place to stay on your hard-earned vacation. Because of that, over 60+% of our business each year are repeat guests. Many of us have been honored to be there for them as their families have grown and changed over the past 20 years.
