Additional Information:
All rates include Beach Service, taxes and cleaning fee. It does not include the fee charged by Sunrise Beach when you register your car. They charge $50.00 per car. You register and pay them directly through Guest Services.
The first time you stay at my condo, I require a $300.00 damage deposit which is refundable once the room is cleaned after you depart and no damage is reported.

We have been going to PCB every year for over 20 years. This is the first time we have stayed at Shari’s property but we will be back! The personal touches of Naomi & Shari, along with the location & immaculately cleaned condo, made our vacation stress free and relaxing. This is one of the best condos, if not the best, we have ever stayed in! We highly recommend it for anyone looking to get away for a beach vacation.

The condo is very beautiful and the view is to die for. Our only negative was the elevators. There were 4, so I thought that would make it better, but verry slow and always super crowded. We left on Friday to avoid the rush, but still had to wait for 4 elevators to go by before we could get in one.

Sheri has created the most wonderful escape from everyday life. The property is centrally located, beachfront with fantastic amenities. No matter what your vacation goals are - relaxation, shopping, nightlife - everything is right there. The condo is perfect, and Naomi is a phone call away if there are any problems (not likely) or if you have questions about attractions, restaurants or local information. Our family visits every year, and providing this review makes me want to go back tomorrow! This property is much more than just a corporate rental; stay one time, and you are part of The Calm Life family. Beautifully decorated 16th floor condo offers an outstanding view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, accessible from both the living area and master bedroom.
You will sleep on a beautiful king size dark cherry sleigh bed in the master bedroom. Take a long soak in the Florida tub in your master bath, or take a quick shower. There is plenty of room to get ready for a night on the town with your double vanity.
Beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen, complete with coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils you should ever need.
LCD HD flat panel TV's in your livingroom and bedroom.
DVD and multi-disk CD player in living room. Don't forget your computer. We have free internet access through Comcast highspeed internet service.
The bunk room features a full bed and LCD HDTV.
For those extra guests there is also a Lazy Boy queen size sleeper sofa.
Should you need to work off last nights' dinner Sunrise offers a spacious gym overlooking the pool complete with cardio equipment, free weights, and universal equipment.
Two pools, one heated. Spacious tanning deck. Mushroom waterfall with underground jets. Hot tubs.
