We had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay. Yes it Was Hot Hot Hot this time of year. Water was beautiful. Food at the Bar/Grill onsite was great. Food great , prices great. Condo has the most comfortable beds. Great view of pool and gulf. Perfect for adults and families

The condo was clean and nicely updated with great views of the water from the 8th floor. It is close to the elevator making it easy to get to the pools and beach. The tiki bar has great food and drink options at affordable prices. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and very well equipped for cooking. We had everything that we need to cook dinners for the week including a crock pot. The Refrigerator is huge with plenty of room to store groceries for the week. The 8th floor view of the ocean and beach was incredible.
The only downside at no fault to the owners is that security at Regency Towers is no good. The security guards would shut the pools down due to "storms" that were way off in the distance. They also would not allow drinking around the pool even though there are no signs posted that drinks are not allowed for someone sitting on the edge of the pool.

Really nice & clean renovated condo. Views are fantastic. The complex is dated but nice. We had a fantastic vacation. Couple of things…the beds are definitely full size, not queen. We had 4 teens in that room and it was very cozy!!! Also, the pull out couch needs a new mattress. Ended up sleeping on the couch instead because it was so bad. Overall, a great stay!

Condo was as described. It was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. Fantastic view of gulf and pool. Walking distance to Dollar General (which has anything you need while visiting the beach!) and eateries as well as liquor store. We stayed the month of February and had really good weather. Only suggestion I have is to add a comfy chair, as the condo sleeps 8, but doesn't seat 8. We would return, for sure!

I have been visiting the beach for over 28 years always staying in beach front property. The Regency Towers sits closer than the others property on the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. The ocean was very beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

This place is just as it is listed in the description. Very clean, comfortable, and the most amazing view. It was also so nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella included. All you have to do is tell the attendants where you want them set up. The hostess was very helpful and so quick to answer my questions. This is a must stay!

REGENCY TOWERS is the perfect location on the east end of the beach with much less traffic but with convenience to all local attractions!
This 8th floor condo has views you will remember forever! Your view from your private balcony is of the large two pool complex, the beautiful sugar sands beach, and the beautiful Gulf's emerald waters. The master bedroom and the living area are Gulf Front. The resort is gated and loaded with amenities. If you have never visited the white sand beaches here you are in for a very special experience. Just pick your favorite spot and ENJOY! The balcony offers a view east and west as far as the eye can see where you will enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets!
The master has a king size bed with views of the ocean and the second bedroom has two double beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area which also has beach views. There are 2 updated full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bar has 4 barstools, and the dining table seats four. So many amenities on the property that you could chose to never leave the site! You will have the opportunity to enjoy amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar- BIKINI BOB'S with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices and provides music throughout the day. Regency Towers provides a Fitness Room, a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for grilling out and enjoying the brilliant sun sets as well. There are nightly events scheduled such as movie night on the East lawn at dusk, Water slides at the pool on Wednesdays, Karaoke on the pool deck, and a beach bon fire on Friday nights. Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do!
At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving, snorkeling, or charter deep sea fishing trips. Sunset Cruises, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat are other nearby attractions. There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. Several nearby entertainment establishments feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf.
Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach as there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music. If you want a fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few!
The only extra cost is a $40 fee for the parking passes and amenity bracelets that you purchase from the front office upon arrival. This charge is a resort fee set by the condominium.
