Very affordable condo with everything you need. Clean & Comfortable. Loved being able to park at the front door and walk right in. Kids were steps away from the pool. Management was great to work with!

We had an excellent time! We ran into an issue with the AC and the host was quick to respond and have someone out to fix it. The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again!!

Mermaid Mansions made everything so easy for us! Very friendly. At Sugar Beach we loved not waiting on an elevator and the close proximity to the beach. The complex is still really close to all the restaurants and great walking/running path. Our neighbors who are residents were also very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Kitchen and dining had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Living area and patio were handy. Beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. Pool was nice after a long day in the sun. We look forward to many more stays with this friendly company!

Couldn't ask for a better condo in the perfect location. This unit is steps from the beach and right across the parking lot from the pool. Very nice place. It was clean and had all the comforts of home! And the best beach around!
