Holiday House, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Our family recently returned from a great stay at “Holiday House” The home was perfect for our family of 5 (kids 19,20, 8); plenty of space, clean and so comfortable! Can’t think of anything we were lacking, all the comforts of home and decorated wonderfully. Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking some meals in. The legos and books were awesome to have for my son in the bunk room, my daughters appreciated having the desk area in the other room to keep up with college work they needed to, master was perfect space and so comfortable for my husband and I. We enjoyed the patio area and fire pit in the evening, we didn’t get to use the cornhole set but it was a nice option. The golf cart was such a great addition, made trips to the pool and beach so much easier, even trips to the local shopping and coffee shop much easier than a car! We appreciated having beach toys, chairs even coolers and bags available. Truly was a perfect match for our needs and so happy we chose this place to stay. Would definitely choose again if we return to the area. Thank you so much.

My husband and I and our 3 middle children stayed for the week and had the absolute best time!! More than enough room for everyone! Golf cart rides morning and night, the kitchen was fully stocked with all needed cooking supplies, the beds were so comfortable and all the blankets very cozy! The outside patio area and grill along with the cornhole boards to play were so nice to enjoy the evenings with the kids! We played board games that were provided almost every night and with limited space traveling the additional beach chairs and toys provided were so convenient! Cassie was wonderful and stayed in touch to make sure we didn’t need anything! The neighbors were all very friendly and helpful! We are already planning our next vacation here, won’t stay anywhere else!! The location is perfect and being able to take the golf cart everywhere was so enjoyable ??

My family stayed here (with two kids) and it was the perfect stay! The house feels very cozy and welcoming. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals. The games and toys are a nice touch. The location to the beach is very convenient, especially when using the golf cart (which my kids loved!). It was great to have beach supplies available to use as well, since we traveled from out of state. The host is very friendly and responsive. Would 100% stay here again on my next vacation!

This was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at in Florida. It was so clean and looked straight out of a magazine. They provided anything you could possibly need, and all of the details really made it feel like home. We have 4 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds are super comfy too. The location is so convenient to beach and restaurants. I highly recommend renting the golf cart, worth every penny. I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else-Holiday House is the perfect house. ??

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom condo! The space was newly remodeled and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The beach was not crowded and the water was emerald blue and beautiful. The highlight for our kids was definitely having over 5 different pools to choose from. They were thrilled to explore a new one every day, but decided on a favorite within a couple of days and we went there multiple times a day. Although everything is walkable and we never used our van once we parked it on Sunday, the golf cart is a fun way to get around. !’d say renting the golf cart is a must; it made getting around a breeze, whether we were heading to the beach, trying out local restaurants, or just zipping over to the pools. Highly recommend staying here—can’t wait to come back!
