Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Emerald Waters 101. The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The photos are an exact representation of its current condition. It is an extra plus that each bedroom has its own bath. One bedroom has a single bunk bed with a double trundle bed. It may not be as comfortable for a taller adult but good for children. The beach access was right across the street from the condo. This made it easy to go to and from the beach. It is located on the corner of the building adjacent to the street. There was the occasional loud car/truck that cruised by.
The condo was perfect for us and our adult children and spouses. It would be great for a family with young children as well.

This condo is wonderful! It was very clean and spacious! We loved the quick walk to the beach and easy access on the first floor. The only negative part of our vacation had nothing to do with the condo. We were unfortunate to be there during a red tide and Hurricane Michael. The rental company was super informative about the weather and gave us plenty of time to evacuate. We were also informed when we could return. The red tide was gone and the rest of the week was wonderful! I will definitely choose this exact condo again if at all possible!
