Sandy Pointe features undercover parking and a large heated pool. This unit has a screened lanai overlooking a natural mangrove preserve and a peek of the bay from the third floor. This is a rare view on Anna Maria Island, from the lanai you don't see another house just mangroves and bay. This is a great spot for a peaceful start and end to each day here on the island.

This well appointed unit offers every amenity you could ask for. Enjoy a day at the heated pool or take a quick walk to beaches and shopping. This bay front complex is a great Anna Maria Island getaway.

This unit sleeps six with a king size bed in the main bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a 32" television in the living room and a 26" television in the main bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Sandy Pointe is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.
