This condo is beach accessible and directly across the hall from the elevator which we rarely waited for. The pools are great for all ages. The upper deck toddler pool with covered playground was a hit with our 22 month old granddaughter. Additionally, she enjoyed the activities including a Pirate show and Bubble parade. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the large deck with expands the living space while giving a feeling of really being at the beach. We loved sitting on the deck hearing the sounds of the ocean even during a rain shower. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach experience!! Even though we had no unexpected issues with the property, our communications with the owner were prompt and provided us with all the information needed. We will definitely stay here again!!

This is a great place for a family vacation. The location to both the beach and pool was fantastic and the large balcony with Adirondack chairs was a wonderful place to sip our morning coffee. Our family of 5 adults and 3 small children was very comfortable here and we would not hesitate to come back.

We had 5 adults and 4 kids stay at this condo very comfortably! The view was fantastic, the community was GREAT for the kids and adults, and the condo was very functional for everyone!! We all were very happy with our stay here and will probably rent it again next year!

The property manager was great anytime we needed him. He answered my questions. The condo was beautiful. The kids had a great time and I enjoyed it. I’m 69 years old and it was relaxing and The ocean was full of seaweed and jellyfish so we really enjoyed the lazy river and in the pool, it was a great time.

Our family of 7 just stayed in B202. The view was the best you could ask for . You can watch the weekly fireworks from the very spacious balcony. The location was the perfect distance from elevator to easy access to pool , parking and beach. The room had everything we would need. Richard was easy to communicate with and telling me there was a small issue in the pool and when it was fixed. 100% recommend

We loved stay! Our unit was super clean and perfect for our family of 9. The kids loved playing on the balcony and the adults loved the amazing view. Waterscape was a perfect vacation spot with easy access to the beach and different pool choices. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Very family friendly resort. Great host, great communication. We had an excellent time! Our only complaint (which wasn’t related to the unit) was it was a little chilly at times to be in a non-heated pool. The resort does have one heated pool but it was very crowded.

This condo was perfect for our spring break vacation! It has a wonderful view of the beach with a nice size balcony. Convinent for all pools and beach access. Pool has a restaurant that allows you to stay there for the day, no need to leave for a lunch break. Richard keeps the condo neat and clean and it is stocked of all the kitchen accessories you will need to cook. Would recommend to anyone and hope to book again for the summer.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Waterscape. The condo was great for my whole family including 7 adults and 2 young children. Richard, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions. The view was awesome. And looking towards the pier we even saw dolphins in the distance while on the balcony

Dont let the pictures fool you, this place is bigger than it looks! Very spacious for our family of four plus the grandparents. Richard was very prompt with communication. Nice beach view as well.

This is our fourth time at Waterscape, second time in B202. This unit is super convenient to the beach and all pools. Plus, it’s a beautiful, spacious unit. The view is pretty fantastic considering many Waterscape units don’t provide a great ocean view. Highly recommend B202. Owner is easy to work with as well.

C204 at Waterscape was perfect for our family!!! It’s on the first level with a pool view. Parking right in front of condo was a plus and having a yard for kids to play was great!!! Condo was nice and clean and pool areas were really nice and perfect for the kids! Owner is very nice and easy and prompt to Communicate with. We had no issues and would live to come back again!!!

We were only able to get away for a few days and we hated that we couldn’t stay longer! The view from the balcony is perfect! We ate out once while there at AJs across the street and the food and service were incredible . The condo had everything we needed so we made most meals in our room. We did use the grill one night and it was so convenient to the room. The atmosphere of the resort is family friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

My family and my in-laws stayed in this condo and Richard was absolutely wonderful to work with. I can't say enough about how well the communication was with him. The condo location was absolutely wonderful, views of the beach and views of the pools. We were in our own little slice of heaven. The condo is laid out very well and very accommodating for the 6 of us. We even had some friends that were staying in the same building and had them over for a meal, plenty of space. Being able to grill was exceptional. I have rated a 5 star because of how wonderful our stay was. The only negative item to say is due to the mattresses. The master bed was broken, however I have talked with Richard since and the beds have been replaced. I think it is amazing that Richard has still continued to have communication with me even after our stay. We will definitely be booking for 2021, and look forward to the new mattresses. The parking was so easy to do, and our favorite place to eat is just across the street at Stewby's. It doesn't get much better than this place.

We chose Unit B202 because it had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and would accommodate our gathering with our two children and their spouses with tiny grandchildren (5 and 13 months). The location of this condo is perfect! Truly oceanfront AND pool front, BUT not noisy! The accommodations were exactly as shown and described. To our great enjoyment, there were age-appropriate floats and toys in the closet, and the facilities were just right for managing two babies. Our pack n plays fit in the 2 bedroom walk-in closets! The pools are varied and will entertain every age for hours (15-month old stayed with his mom in this for days!). The included beach umbrella/chairs made beach-going pleasant, and our children were able to use the free 30 minutes of kayaking, too. We couldn’t imagine a better place for our circumstances. We were comfortable and entertained. It was a real joy for us to be together and this condo made it possible! Thank you, Richard!

Our family stayed 2019 in B202. We usually rent a beach cabin but decided this year with little ones we should stay somewhere with a pool. Wasn't sure if the crowds would be bad being that it is such a big property with many condos. To our surprise the unit wasn't bigger than it looked online. The view off the balcony and size of the balcony are incredible. I can't imagine staying further back in the complex. This was really as close as you can get to everything!! Owner was so easy to contact and work with. Guys on the beach that setup were very nice. I am an early riser by nature and love going to the beach by 7 anyway so seating was never a problem for us up close. But even sitting towards the back on the beach is not bad the way they set everything up. Fireworks on Wednesday night were like they were setup to watch right off our balcony!!! Parking on first floor was a breeze too!! Very nice place for families!! no problems and would go back in a heartbeat!!! OOOHHHHH.... and careful! if you use the Margarita Machine they have on site in the condo....fair warning!!!! you WILL want to buy one when you get home!!! makes PERFECT blended drinks!!!

Waterscape is a fantastic place to get away on vacation with kids! The pools and the easy access to the beach kept my little ones running back and forth all day long. The condo was fantastic! It was clean and had fantastic views of the ocean from the porch. The owner was very responsive through all of the communication that we had. I would highly recommend this spot to any family taking in a vacation!

We have vacationed at Water Scape before, and knew it was the perfect fit for fun for the whole family (age 1 to 59). This condo is located in the most convenient place possible, which is so important when you have 4 kids and all their equipment to lug to beach and pool. It had the best equipped kitchen of any condo I have rented and the laundry room was a huge plus for storing those wet towels suits and toys. Note: hot and cold are reversed on the shower in second bath. Owner very prompt with replies and requests. We had some rain, and the view from the balcony made even those periods fun, as we sat out and watched the storms over the water. Our first choice for a Water Scape vacation.

We stayed there the week of June 17-24 even though we had a lot of rain we still enjoyed our stay . The location was great we could sit on the patio and see the beach and we could also see the lazy river it was close to both . The view was amazing !! Only suggestion I would make is games or cards for the rainy days it seems to always rain off and on and games for the kids would have been helpful !!

One of the closest condos to the beach with great views! Walk out of your vacation condo and you are only steps away from either the main pools and lazy river ride or the white sandy beach and ocean! We have a 3 night minimum for reservations.
