Description
Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Clean and elegant, this condo features a seaside theme that feels elevated but still family-friendly. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool inside. Enjoy a wonderful view of the ocean, shared pool, and wider community from your own private furnished balcony. The lovingly decorated full kitchen features a French door fridge and a breakfast bar that seats two guests. Of course, in addition to everything at this condo, guests can enjoy access to two shared pools (one heated seasonally), a seasonal snack shack, a shared outdoor shower, and a shared fitness room during their stay.
THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025. Free high-speed WiFi and cable. Full kitchen with a dishwasher. Flat path to the front door. Gated entrance. Elevator in the building. The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. The HOA does not allow any trailers, campers, scooters, golf carts, boats, or anything else of that nature to park on the property. Surveillance cameras are located in the elevators and at the main gate. Snowbird-friendly. Contact Vacasa for details.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
