The second level is accessed via stairs and features the living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the large TV or the upstairs balcony lake view. The galley style kitchen has all full-sized appliances and cookware needed to cook a quick bite or a feast for 6. The dining table in the living room has seating to accommodate the whole family. For extra sleeping has a sofa sleeper. This townhome can sleep 6 in ease.
