This casual Floridian condo offers fabulous views from its private, Gulf-front balcony up on the 10th floor, allowing you to see for miles! Enjoy a light and airy coastal feel throughout, as well as everything you could need to feel right at home. You'll be treated to full-size appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, a nice glass-top dining table with four chairs & three additional bar stools for quick breakfasts and homemade dinners alike. After a day of lounging on the white sand beach below, you can take advantage of the property's shared amenities - including swimming pools, a hot tub & two fitness centers - or curl up in front of one of the two TVs and two DVD players. At night, the master suite offers a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. There's a twin-over-twin bunk bed with cozy bedding in the hall, as well as a second full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Pelican Beach Resort is a Gulf-front property on the sparkling shores of Destin, an ideal escape for those looking to swim, surf, sunbathe, take long walks along the beach & test their skills in a wide variety of water sports. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach on the day of, based on availability. To reserve a beach setup in advance or for more information, please call 866-651-1869 or reserve online.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
