• Rosemary Beach: Just a 5-minute drive, this charming seaside town offers a perfect blend of boutique shopping, fine dining, and a laid-back coastal vibe.

• Travel Insurance is NOT included but can be purchased separately.
• We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment.
• Waiver required to get access to the 10 provided bikes. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
• Off-street parking is available for up to 5 cars, and the backyard is fully fenced for privacy.
• LSV (Low Speed Vehicles) are NOT allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
• There is an active camera at the front door of the home.
• If you rent for a wedding or wedding function, there is a non-refundable $500 event fee.
• Currently, there is active construction behind the property with an unknown end date.
