• Cabana Pool: Park-side, cabana-style with a children’s pool & playground nearby

• Non-shedding, housebroken dogs only (Must be approved by property management)
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
• Must be kept in a crate when guests are not with their dog
• With non-refundable pet fee $250 + tax

• Travel Insurance is NOT included but can be purchased during booking.
• We DO NOT accept wire transfers.
• This property includes 3 bikes for guest use (waiver required). Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
• LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
