• This property has 6 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
• LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach
• Guests have access to one garage, where the LSV is located.
• This home is not equipped with cable television but comes supplied with WIFI smart TVs.
• There is an active ring doorbell at the entrance of the home. There is also an active camera overlooking the driveway of the home.
