BeachLife 30A, 30A-Beaches-South Walton, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We were lucky to be able to book Beachlife again! What can I say other than our stay here is always amazing. The
property is always well maintained and the management company and owners are super responsive in the event you
have any questions. Details matter, and they always have things spelled out on how to the handle trash, golf cart or
anything else you may be wondering about upon arrival or exit of this property. This is always ouur first choice when
we stay in 30A!

We loved our time at Beach Life. The house was wonderful and we utilized every bit of it as the weather wasn't too
great during our week there. Golf cart was a great benefit. Highly recommend.

Clearly, this is a home hosted by owners who furnished it to their own high standards. The stylish coastal décor
welcomed us to our vacation home at the beach. The Hosts left clear, detailed instructions and tips for the
townhouse and having fun in the area. The beds were comfortable; we slept well during our stay. All the appliances
are late model. None of the kitchen equipment was worn. We were amazed that everything we thought we needed
was there. Each closet had a sturdy wooded luggage rack. We found an ample number of towels, courtesy shampoo
and conditioner, dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, and trash bags. The kitchen trash can opens touch-free.
There were 2 slow cookers in the kitchen, one large and one small. So many home-like touches, I can't name them
all. We especially enjoyed access to Direct TV with the large screen TV in the great room and one in each bedroom.
There are no carpets or rugs to speak of, making the home more allergy friendly. We needed assistance only once,
and the Host contacted the HOA to change an outdoor bulb immediately. This is a high-end community, close to the
beach and restaurants. It is walkable and the hosts provided a large golf cart, bicycles, kayaks, folding chairs and
more for outdoor fun. Beach Life is close to the beautiful pool area and workout room. On cooler days, we played
with the games and cards provided. We saw other units during our stay, but none were as stylish and well equipped
as “Beach Life”. We definitely plan to return next year. Thank you, for sharing your beach home with our family!

Beach Life exceeded our expectations. The community is safe and extremely well kept. The Townhouse was
beautiful and very well maintained. We will be back!

Hands down FIVE stars. 53A in Prominence was a dream! The owners have equipped this slice of heaven with
absolutely everything you need to feel at home. From the upgraded modern appliances, hotel luxury mattresses, a
fully stocked kitchen and the luxuries of a golf cart and bikes for enjoyment - we had every beach need imaginable
right at our fingertips! With great attention to detail and very clear & quick communication, it was easy to fall in love
with our stay. Prominence is perfectly situated near the Big Chill where we walked to many shops we wanted to see
& enjoy. We loved biking to dozens of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby in beautiful Rosemary & Alys Beach. We
highly recommend this wonderful townhome if you are looking to vacation on 30A in a pristine, quiet, beautiful
townhome with the convenience of joining the action of 30A steps away. We will return!

Beautiful and neat home with everything you'll need for the beach! We will definitely be back.

This townhome was incredibly clean and had everything you could possibly need. Pool was excellent for days that
we didn't want to make the trip to the beach, and The Hub was fun to visit at night for dinner and ice cream.

House was beautiful. The beach was just a 5 minute golf cart ride away.

Awesome place to stay! Everything was so nice and so clean! We loved the pool and all the amenities! Will definitely
be back!

We loved our stay and hope to come back again soon! The townhouse is beautiful and well thought out. We had
everything we needed and more. The accommodations were excellent and we enjoyed the all around beach vide. It
was a perfect locations across from the Hug. The golf cart was so much fun and very useful for beach trips. It was
the perfect family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay on 30A! Check-in process was a breeze and the accommodations were excellent. The
townhome was clean with modern appliances and decorated nicely with a beach vibe. It was in great location near
restaurants, shops and several beaches. The garage was fully stocked with bikes, kayaks, beach toys, and a golf
cart. The golf cart was very useful for short trips to the beach. It was a perfect family vacation with plenty of things to
do and see. We loved it! We hope to come back very soon.

The house was in immaculate condition, the beds were super comfortable, the décor is beautiful. You can definitely
tell a lot of effort was put into making our stay a wonderful experience. The house absolutely looks like the photos
and then some. Looking forward to returning.

The townhouse in Prominence was beautiful! Kitchen included all we needed to cook meals in, comfy beds, plenty of
towels and a cozy deck with seating for six where we sat and enjoyed coffee every morning in the quiet watching the

squirrels and listening to the birds. So convenient to the pool and a short walk across the street to the hub for music

Beach Life was a great getaway!! The condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend and look forward to
staying here again.

Condo was very clean and had plenty of nice touches along with great access to beach and pools Golf cart was a
huge plus for getting around the neighborhood and to the beach. Great deck for coffee in morning . We will be back.

This house was perfect for our stay! Very clean and cozy and in a great location. Beds were very comfortable,
showers were amazing. It really had everything we needed. The golf cart, bikes and all of the extra beach
toys/equipment were a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to vacation
in the area.

This home is lovely. Loved the golf carts and the bikes. Enjoyed my stay again at 53A.

This place was simply AMAZING! If I could give it more stars I would! Location is perfect, beach access across the
road, golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, all included. First class amenities! The house was very clean, neighborhood was
friendly, a perfect place to take your family on a vacation. It was also very close to local eateries and only 20-25
minutes away from Panama City Beach however the beach across the road is far better in my opinion. We use
VRBO, Marriott VC a bunch and I must say this is by far the best place we've stayed at. Will definitely Rebook!!

The house was beautiful and had so many things included. Would definitely stay again. 

The property was exactly as described. Exceptionaly clean and neat. All the appliances were present and working
order. The location was just a little out of way, but the golf cart solved that problem.

Enjoyed the home- had everything we needed and the location was central to restaurants, shopping etc. Golf cart
was handy!

By far the best place in Florida to stay we do this every year as a family vacation and we where al amaze by the
place and amenities including the best beach and food...looking forward to book next year vacation her again.

Loved our stay, one of the reasons we chose to stay at this property was the 6 seater golf cart, but the other extras it
provides were awesome. There are 3 bikes, beach chairs with coolers attached to them, boogie boards, kayaks...all
the things you'd want, and you don't have to go find them because they are offered with the house. Also loved that
there was ample room for unpacking and storing our things...even in the bathrooms, great spaces to put our items.
Also the management company really was very responsive, which we aprreciated.

We arrived and knew ahead of the time that there was a possibility the beaches would be closed. Excellent
communication from the start. Quick responses to issues that evolved. Pristine and beautiful place for a quick
getaway. A definite return for sure.

We loved our stay at Beach Life! The townhouse was beautifully decorated and location was perfect! We look

Absolutely LOVED our stay. Beautiful home, well decorated and very clean! Very close to the pool and walking
distance to the Hub. Also, we loved having the golf cart to scoot around to the beach or grab coffee!

Loved staying here, everything about this area we enjoyed. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5 and it

Awesome house in a super convenient location. Definitely recommend the beach locations other than Deer Lake just
for ease of getting to the beach. Check-in/out couldn't be easier and the golf cart was awesome to have.

We were blown away by how nice this space was inside. Comfortable beds, super clean, spacious common areas...it
was like staying at a luxury hotel residence. We cook a lot at home and we're very impressed with the kitchen. It has
everything you need for a gourmet meal and we were able to make some great dishes there! The location itself is a
one minute walk to the Hub which is a lot of fun and the pool on the complex is clean and gorgeous. We would
definitely stay her again when visiting Santa Rosa Beach.

This place was amazing...beds super comfy...dual shower heads and a golf cart to boot!!! There were plenty of
pillows, towels, hangers and storage space. They even had a Christmas tree in the garage for holiday
travelers...aww I thought that was super sweet . We made meals and they had everything we needed for a family
dinner. Decor is super cute and check in was instant! We had a septic overflow at our home rental and had to go
somewhere at 8pm we got all the door codes and access information via email within 10 minutes after payment. We
would stay again for sure!

This rental was immaculate. Golf cart, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler all provided. Well done.

This home was great! Very clean and all accessories you would ever need. We had a car problem that kept our car
in the shop for four days. Thank goodness for having a golf cart to get around. I will highly recommend this property
to family and friends!
