Paradise Properties Vacation Rentals & Sales: High Tide in Panama City Beach.
As you enter the condo you will experience the calming decor popular in this beach themed community. The master suite offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and private access to the balcony. The master features a King sized bed with a new Stearns and Foster mattress and a large en suite bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower and spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom, just off the living area, boasts another full en suite bathroom and Queen sized bed. The third bedroom, at the front of the unit, includes two full sized beds and a closet for storage. For larger families, there is a new, comfortable queen size gel foam sleeper sofa in the living room. Morning breakfast time, lunches, and evening meals can all be prepared from a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and fully stocked so you feel right at home. From the kitchen you will enjoy views of the ocean, balcony, large dining area, and expansive living area. The living room features plush furniture for maximum comfort as you sit down for evening conversation, or to rest as you daydream about life on the beach.
With amenities galore your family will never be short on entertainment. For the sports enthusiast, the Xfinity More Sports & Entertainment Package has been added! High Tide includes two beach chairs & umbrella with your stay (March 1 - October 20). Tidewater Resort has two outdoor pools and one indoor pool with all pool areas featuring a Jacuzzi. The indoor pool is heated and located next to the full gym, sauna, whirlpool tub, game room, and theater. You can also enjoy a coffee shop by the west end pool to help start your day as well as a restaurant bar and grill that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also local onsite shops which provide ice cream and a few toiletries in case you forgot something from home. During the season, rentals include beach chair service and you will have access to a walk up bar just off the beach. For your nightly entertainment, walk to Pier Park and enjoy local shopping, dining, and nightlife. This condo is perfect for Bike Week and Jeep Week. The Condo Association closes off the first floor of the parking garage for bikes and gives the option to park trailers on the top deck. Your vacation will include a long list of memories not limited to sunrises, beach fun, Pier Park, splashing at the pools, and enjoying the family as you watch the sunset on High Tide.
**Please note: Tidewater Condominium charges a $32.10 (includes Florida sales tax) registration fee per registration for parking passes and wristbands for all complex amenities. Upon registration you will receive 1 parking pass per bedroom the condo has and 1 wristband per the condo sleeps.** You will receive instructions on how to preregister and pay this registration fee online. If you preregister and pay you will not have to stand in the long check in line. This can even be done the day you arrive.
