The private pool is the center of a very unique space. The backyard oasis includes a spacious pool house, a hanging day bed, a fire pit with seating for four, a Delta Heat grill, a refrigerator, and a large TV. There-s also a dining table next to the water.

Inside, the first-floor open dining and living area is a delight, with ten-foot ceilings and custom finishes. The living room with a large TV, includes a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area features a grand farmhouse dining table, with seating for your entire crew. Not only does the amazing kitchen have quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, KitchenAid small appliances, and a built-in desk, but it also includes an ice maker and wine refrigerator.

Down the hall resides a guest room, queen, with a full shared marble-tiled bath and a view of the pool. Upstairs, there-s a large -parent suite-, king, with a coffee bar, separate bunk room, and wrap-around balcony. The second primary suite has a seating area, a full private marble-tiled bath, and a balcony that overlooks the pool. A stacked washer and dryer are nearby, in addition to the full-sized washer and dryer in the two-car garage.
