I spoke with Mikel after I had booked a stay with panhandle and found out minutes later the room wasn’t big enough to accommodate my party of 6. He went above and beyond to find me another room for the same price as the room previously booked and switched everything over for me while on the phone. He even walked me through paying for our parking passes. We would give him 10 stars if we could. I will definitely be booking with Panhandle in the future thanks to this young man.

We had a great experience with Panhandle Getaways and loved our beach rental home! The booking was super easy; it was less expensive than VRBO for the same property and the rental was clean and even had little samples of gourmet jelly, candles and basic bathroom supplies. The rental was stocked way better than most homes and had everything we needed for our home away from home. I even had to call them when we couldn’t get the bike locks to work, and they sent someone out to help (although we ended up not needing them). Will definitely stay with them again!!

He answered all of my questions, went above and beyond to search up numbers and names of businesses for me, and he even offered advice on how to make our stay even better! We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ABOUT HIGHLAND PARKS COMMUNITY - BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH, FL
Highland Parks is a terrific 30A community in Blue Mountain Beach, FL between Dune Allen and Gulf Place. Located less than a mile to the beach. Guests will enjoy the community trails to the beach which is about a 15 minute walk or quick bike ride.
ABOUT BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH on 30A: This area of Scenic 30A draws its name from the blue lupine flowers that sway in the coastal breeze. The "mountain" part of the name comes from fact that the area is home to 30A's highest elevation (a whopping 64 feet). The natural beauty surrounds you with relaxation but there are still some exceptionally good restaurants and even a local ice cream parlor in the area. Bike rides are the norm for this slower paced portion of 30A, and visitors who stay here return year after year to enjoy its charm.

Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach. WI-FI INFORMATION
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hot spot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, NO exceptions.
