After driving for many hours with kids and dogs and arriving to find our original rental had been double booked, we were in a crunch for a place to rent. Ginger was super responsive when I messaged and was quick to send the info we needed to get into the home ASAP. The house is beautiful and the beach crossover is practically across the street. The pool was perfect for everyone in the afternoons after spending time on the hot beach. Everything we could have wanted was there: tons of floats, a beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, charcoal grill, even a small ice chest. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone (and extra points for allowing dogs!). 10/10

The house was perfect! Right across the street from the beach and the access was right there! Great house! Great stay! The pool was great! At first, I thought it was weird with the extra toilet in the outdoor room, but it was used a lot since we sat outside a lot in the mornings and evenings. The outdoor shower was great too! Having the beach chairs and cart to use was nice too!

The kitchen is well stocked. There are pool toys and all you need for the beach. It is decorated really cute. The owners are very responsive as well.

Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, with a large loft bedroom upstairs. The spacious living room with soaring ceilings is open to the kitchen and dining area.
Fins Up Pet-friendly with preapproval and $150 pet fee for up to two dogs.
• From your back porch, you overlook your private pool in the backyard. The front porch overlooks the sparkling blue gulf waters across the street.
• New luxury vinyl flooring is throughout the home.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats up to 8 (6 chairs currently at table and two you can pull up from living area) and there are four bar stools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• The living room has a sofa sleeper and a 55" TV
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV
• The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV
• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV
• The loft has two queen-size beds with TV
• The partial bath is located under the home and is also the storage area for beach chairs, toys and pool accessories for guest use! There is also an outdoor shower near the pool. We have a cozy porch swing so you can relax and watch your grill expert sizzle up the burgers. The kids will be entertained for hours with the swings under the house while a friendly game of ladder ball toss can be enjoyed by the rest of the group!
• The public beach access is a very short walk across the street and we provide a wagon for bringing the beach gear.
• Wireless internet access is provided, there is no cable or satellite TV, but we have smart TVS for your streaming service.
