The condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk across the street. The condo is so close to great restaurants and activities but you also feel like you are in your own quiet slice of heaven. Any questions we asked were answered so quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo for our anniversary. Thank you for the amazing stay. We’ll definitely stay again.

Very quiet end of the beach. Easy to get across the walkway. Did not hear any noise from surroundings units. The view was great, the seventh floor was perfect. The elevators were fast and we never had to wait.

Where do I begin, such a friendly host and always responded promptly. Their place was absolutely darling! It was so clean and provided everything we needed. The welcome gift was thoughtful. I loved their binder with all the info we needed and a history of some of the decor, made me feel like I got to know them better. The most comfy bed, haven't slept that well in a long time. We have been to this location 4x times and we keep coming back because we love it here so much. Great location to everything, more in a private area so less traffic and a beautiful view!
All I know is we're already thinking about our next visit and will definitely be using Jeri and Perry's condo again. If it wasn't so far (we live in Illinois) I would come here more often. Thank you for being such great hosts. You have a cozy and comfortable unit that made us feel welcome.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Jeri and Perry's condo! The condo was clean and cozy, and the views were amazing. The condo building itself had a very nice private pool and plenty of lounge chairs. I would rebook their condo in a heartbeat!

To Gulf shores. We could not have picked a better place or better host. The location was great easy access to everything including the beach. They were extremely helpful with a list min request we had and made the trip Absolutely wonderful. We loved it and will definitely be back!

After years of visiting Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, we finally found our favorite location. Everything was perfect, beds were comfortable, home had amazing views and the other guests were so welcoming & friendly. If there is such a thing as a "Perfect location", THIS would be it!! 10 out of 10 and the welcome "treat" was a beautiful and delicious added bonus.

We really enjoyed Sandy Feet Retreat. The beachy decor was cute and it was fun reading where items were purchased or how they were made. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view of the beach. And the beach was an easy walk across the street and over the boardwalk. There was always a beach attendant on duty to help get wagons, etc down the boardwalk steps. The special delivery of delicious cookies was an added bonus.
We will definitely be back soon.

The space
Perfect for your next family vacation, our condo features a main living area with open concept. The bedroom can be closed off by the barn door though it's not a tight seal. Full bath with nice tub for soaking and a washer/dryer. The second bed is a full-sized pullout sofa.
Many of our furnishings are custom-made or unique to only our condo!
For the angler, we have a covered fish cleaning station right on the boat dock. And charcoal grills on the property.
We have a smart TV but no cable.
All amenities are free, and there are NO RESORT FEES.
And the beach is right across the street, so you won't have to drive somewhere and search for parking!
Guest access
Our 7th-floor condo boasts stunning views of the Gulf. You can easily access it by elevator, so there's no need to take the stairs unless you prefer to. While driving is the primary way to get around, there's also a bike lane for those who enjoy cycling. Please note that a one-time, $30 parking fee is required upon arrival, which goes directly to the racquet club and covers your entire stay.
