We started managing our own properties along 30A about 20 years ago. We learned very quickly after purchasing our first, 20 years ago in Destin, that the big rental agencies were charging way too much and doing very little. Now we manage all of our own bookings. We are a small, dedicated family business, so we can allocate time and attention to each individual property.  We love working directly with the travelers!
