We are from the St. Louis, MO area, and just like many families in the STL, our family has been vacationing on Florida's Emerald Coast for 20+ years. In 2013, we decided to embark on a new adventure and began the process of building our vacation home. Cloud Nine was completed in 2016. As our family grew, we decided to build a second vacation home three blocks away, with a carriage house and private pool. The Sanctuary at Seacrest Beach and Treehouse for Two were complete in the fall of 2025. We enjoy spending as much time as possible at the beach, but when we aren't there we enjoy sharing our homes with other families who treasure our homes and time together as much as we do!
