Meet & Contact Eileen OSullivan

Welcome! We are Shawn and Eileen O’Sullivan and we are the owners of Beach Therapy 30A, located in Grayton Beach, FL.

Originally, we are from Long Island, NY where we spent the beginning of our lives. We are high school sweet hearts – Shawn went on to become and police officer and paramedic for almost 30 years and Eileen worked as a emergency room nurse before becoming a stay at home mother.

We also have 2 amazing children – Kelly and Chris. Kelly is a doctor and Christopher is a math teacher! Our daughter is married to Joe and we have recently welcomed our 1st grandchild Kilian. 

We spent many years deciding on where to build our retirement home, and we believe we truly found a gem in the 30A community.

Some of Eileen’s favorite hobbies include going to the beach and laying in the sun. Beach Therapy 30A is walking distance to a beach! Meanwhile, Shawn enjoys grilling, spending time with the dogs (his other children), and photography!

The Grayton Beach area is picturesque and the perfect place to enjoy all of your hobbies and maybe try some new ones! We love it so much – that we want to share it with all of you!

We are not required to register and get an STR certificate- We are exempt as we are onsite owners
